I have my Factory Five 818S kit car for sale. It is an incomplete project car, but is fully running and driving in its current state. Most of the work that needs to be completed are interior and body related. Engine and transmission are in full working order. Fully street legal, plated, and registered in California. That in itself is a pretty valuable aspect of the car. Best thing about this car: it is registered as a "specialty vehicle" and never needs to be smogged! ever!

As you can see, there are a lot of high quality mods and expensive options for this build. Majority of the work was done by the previous owner on the East Coast (hence the engine work in New Hampshire & Rhode Island). Car has been in California for about the last 5 years.

The only real concerns I can point out:
-shifter is only temporarily mounted right now, so there is some play in the shifting(this will go away when it is solid mounted)
-I spilled a lot of fluids onto the header wrap when recently replacing the fluids (oil, transmission, coolant). The headers are fully wrapped and right now they smoke A LOT when driving around. It should go away after some driving time. I dont drive it very often at all so it may still smoke by the time you see it. I can show you with a flash light where the smoke is coming from(not from the engine or turbo etc).
-Gas pedal is in a really strange angle. Its not ideal, so moving from a standstill is a bit trickier than a normal car
-original starter circuit stopped working. I ran a new dedicated circuit from ignition to starter. It is very robust and reliable. But all the original wiring is still there if you ever want to troubleshoot it. Right now there is a CEL for "starter circuit low voltage" because of this.

Other than that, it is a really fun and eye-catching car.

Please message me here or text me at (408) 905-6532‬ for any questions and I will be happy to talk to you about it. Thank you!

P.S. some of the pics the car is missing the trunk panel. I removed it to make it easier to work on the engine. The car will come with the full body panels.
