I am amazed how fast you built your 818. I'm just as amazed that your wife opted in to the harness and knocked that out like she did. Major kudos.

Holy crap, that was a lightning fast build! You guys made that look easy - it's as though you didn't encounter a single issue

If you can get the body on within 2 weeks you can be the first customer to do a 30 day build.

    Thanks Frank.

We should have around 260+ with the engine mods and tune. Either way I am sure it will be more than enough!

    Cheers,

    Steve

Thanks! She also did all of the foot box mods in the Cobra build we did a few years back. I'm a lucky guy.

If we can take a 2 week break in the middle then we might do it in 3... Looking to book an Out Of Province inspection 5 days after we get back.... To quote Top Gear "How hard can it be?"...

I cannot believe how fast you guys are working...wow! I mean seriously, I can't stand you now...

Impressive. I'll check back in an hour to see if you've already set a track record with it yet...

I went out to see Steve's car last week. I was green with envy, and felt a bit sick when I saw his 818 out on the driveway, running and with the entire body on! I personally think there was a bit of black magic involved in his build! He did a great job, and has inspired me to make a bit more progress on my own build. Maybe next spring we will have 2 or 3 818's running around Calgary (after the snow melts!)
