My wastegate solenoid vacuum lines are so bad they're pretty much plastic. I know there is a restrictor in the line going to the turbo outlet (green circle in my picture), but mine seems to have a restrictor in the manifold line (blue circle). The one in the outlet line is easy to transfer to the new line, but the one in the manifold line looks very different. Anyone know if a restrictor is necessary in the manifold line? This is from a 2005 WRX EJ20.
Oh, and I just realized that I said manifold when I really meant turbo inlet. Sorry for any confusion.
