That's how I did my seats--parallel to the trans tunnel on both sides.

I see you don't have the body on. I'd save this decision until the body is on. I put mine as close to front/back alignment as possible. But you'll be limited by the body on how far over the outside corners can go. Centered between the harness tabs isn't a big consideration IMO. Just so there's room to get them attached. Mainly you're going to want to sit in the seats and see where they feel the most comfortable, e.g. alignment to steering wheel, footbox, pedals, etc.

I'll echo everything Paul just said. Even the low backs (especially now that the "big & tall" version is standard) leave the potential to shoot yourself in the foot if you mount them without the body on for a test fit. The angle with them parallel to the tunnel is a non issue and won't be noticed when driving---you may not have realized but the steering shaft and wheel angle similarly
Jeff
Like others I agree with body on positioning only. The seats need to be installed with an angle towards the outside. The front of my seats are parallel to the steering wheel which is also at an angle towards the tunnel. overall I do believe the seats are parallel to the tunnel but my breeze mounts are not. Not sure this makes sense.
Not the best photos but it may help. In the photo are the Breeze Angle Mounts. Highly Recommended!!

Thanks for all the replies! I wasn't going to mount them yet, just trying to see where the Breeze mounts would sit so I could route my seat heater harnesses. As I looked at the positioning options, I noticed that I was positioning the seat where the harness straps would be off to one side quite a bit and that's when I thought that they needed to be angled. I'm getting close to test fitting the body and will definitely wait until then to finalize the seat position.
