The 2011 Tasca Ford Annual Event was a great success. The weather was perfect, 72 degrees with bright blue skies, and a HUGE car show field of everything from vintage '60s Mustangs and Fords to modern supercharged Mustangs and Factory Fives.
On the eve of 9/11, the Tasca organization held a beautiful tribute to those lost on 9/11 and included a military color guard.
The event was made very special the tremendous turnout of Factory Five customers. Over 25 FFR Roadsters showed up to add a real fun factor to the collection of Ford cars.
Event highlights included live music, great food, car show awards, charity food drive, and special guest appearance by drag racers John Force and Tim Wilkerson. John Force and Bob Tasca III drove into the car show in a Tasca-built Factory Five '33 Hot Rod sporting a supercharged 5.0L Coyote engine pumping out 620 HP. Carl Tasca remarked, "Bobby is the only one who drives that car...it's just too fast."

This year's show was just a tremendous amount of fun and I would like to personally thank the Factory Five customers who drove their cars from as far away as Maine, New Hampshire, and Connecticut to attend this show. We hope to have a New England fall cruise-in before the snow flies here at Factory Five, but if you missed the Tasca Show, plan on going next year!
