looking for the steering rack joint manufactures part number
It seems I have a bad u joint at the rack, it's FFR's part number 33590, steering rack joint, last joint that connects the steering shaft to the rack. It is manual steering, I believe the bolt on spline is different for P/S vs non. Does anyone have the mfg. part number ? I assume I can order one thru FFR on Monday but was curious if there was a savings to order from MFG. or Summit etc. I have been chasing a clunk and was finally able to see where it was, there seems to be about a 1/16th inch of movement in the joint, turn the wheel one direction it clunks into place turn it the other way and it clunks to the other side.
Thanks for any help !

Pretty sure that part is FFR exclusive.

Close but no cigar, the spare I have is a 33591, no spline on either end.
I have electric steering and it does use the 33590 U-joint.
Here's more to pick from.

I had a chance to remove the u joint and noticed that the bearing caps were not flush with the body of the u joint allowing the joint to move side to side. A little pressure in a press and bingo ! no more sloppy u joint. I will reinstall tonight but I think that should do it !.
Thank you for the replies, I really appreciate the help.
