I’ve never been big on wooden dash boards, but the leather bottom really frames the wood and gives it a great finished look. Can’t wait to see the completed interior.

That's a great looking dash, Arctic. Did you do veneer on the aluminum panel, or is it a solid piece of wood?
Its veneer over .080" aluminum.
Very nicely done!! I approve!! I, too, like the leather at the bottom. nice touch.
