Twin turbo GTM - No Fly Zone Arizona - 1/2 mile race
So it was nearly rained out, but we had a small 2-3 hour window for some racing and got some runs in.
First run: Wet track, had traction issues (you can hear with the BOVs going off). Racing a Charger. Final speed 155mph

Second Run: Damp track, less traction issues, shifting smoothly. Racing a CTS-V. Final speed 166.67mph

Third Run: Dry track, missed 5th, but recovered well. Raced another CTS-V. Final speed 170.19mph

Overall, the car did really well. Overall trip was about 160 miles. Car raced well, no problems. It's unfortunate about the rain, but glad we all got a few runs in at least.

Very cool and beautiful car! Obviously at an airport but which one? Is this a recurring event?

It is a recurring event, happening typically 3 times a year and it is held at the Gila Bend airport. Next event is in December (no specific days mentioned yet), and then March and October.
