Congratulations. I am looking forward to a RHD build thread. Although we have a number of RHD '33 Hot Rods being built here in Australia I don't see much about them on this forum.
Managed to get a few days in the workshop on the build
Front suspension is all done, front brakes, rear axle and 3 link all done
Brake lines front and back, pedal Box, wiring loom run, firewall, steering all done
Need to source a rear brake set up as didn’t know there wasn’t one in the kit
Engine and box in next ( got New Ford Performance Coyote engine )
Couple of quick questions whilst getting the engine ready
Notice my fuel tank has 6 threaded holes for the fuel gauge and pick up but I’ve been supplied a internal tank fuel
Pump and plastic high pressure lines that don’t fit the tank hole or have anyway of fixing or sealing it
Also a massive expansion tank for the coolant is this used as looks horrible
I’ll

Also i have a ford alternator in a box but reading the install instructions, i need a Honda one ..??
Yes, you need to buy the correct model year Honda alternator. The stock Ford alternator won't fit in the Hot Rod chassis and you have to cut off one of the alternator mounting bosses to fit the Coyote into the chassis. It's a tight squeeze, but it all works as shown in the build manual.
I am using the ford alternator, wanted more power, To get the no clutch pulley ask for the auto trany pulley, Run as one wire alternator, do not hook up the wires from the PCM. Do not ask, it locked up and no belt on the way to CHP. Works good as one wire.
How is the progress going??
