Greasing Front Lower Control Arms
I foolishly did not grease the front lower control arms before assembling the front suspension and now I have realized I can't get my grease gun on the zerk fittings with them installed. Can I just unbolt the two mounts, drop the two arms down and grease the two bushings and then remount or do I need to pull the whole arm off? Anyone else make this mistake?

I'm confused by your question. The front LCA's can only go on one way. The zerks aren't super accessible, but you can get to them. This isn't just a question of initial installation, but ongoing maintenance. You'll want to check/grease all the fittings at least once a year. No way you would take them apart to do that. Agree that it's best to get them greased before the first assembly. Makes them mount a little easier plus makes absolutely sure they're well lubed. But not a tragedy to grease them for the first time after assembly. What are you using to try to reach in there?

If you can’t get to them with the gun you may be able to replace the fittings with 90 degree versions.

I was literally scratching my head on the exact same issue yesterday, so I placed an order for one of these: Lincoln Lubrication 5883 Slotted Right Angle 90 Degree Coupler https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000G76OMA..._gL29CbZEBN8HW

Don’t want hijack this thread but should I put blue Loctite on the nuts holding the arm to the frame or 100 ft-lbs is enough thightening?

No problem, I don't think I put any Loctite on lower control arm bolts but I don't really use it unless they specify to in the manual. This is my first build though, so I am not the expert.
I did end up getting four 90 degree zerk fittings like Jeff Kleiner showed above. I was able to find them at Lowes but have not actually put them in and used them just yet.

The kit supplied LCA bolts use distortion style lock nuts. That plus the 100 ft-lbs torque, they're not going anywhere. Most of the suspension bolts are already some type of lock nut. I agree, unless specified no reason to add Loctite. Just hit those torque numbers.
