Where did you all rivet your name plate? Texas doesn't hand out VINs so I don't need to worry about that since the F5R serial number is on the frame. I was thinking about riveting it to the top of the removable cover on the DS footbox so it will be readily visible when you pop the hood. Where did others place it? Any pics to post?
I wanted to be a bit different, so I put mine on the Breeze radiator cowl piece.

I put mine on the passenger footbox. IL issues their own VIN plate so I took the FFR plate to an engraver and got the issued number engraved before riveting it in.
2nd MK4 #10639 received 3-19-23. Wife's version. Street Snake - IRS, Willwoods, no roll bars, no hood scoop, no stripes, Blue Print EFI 306 with AOD trans, and under car exhaust. Ford Eruption Green with saddle leather interior.

The govt inspection facility installs the assigned BC VIN plate, once it pass's inspection, right next to the FFR frame stamp, and i also added an AC Cars one to my left footbox.

I didn't get an FFR nameplate with my kit in 2001. Is this something they started sending out after that?
