Yes she has a name "Valkyrie"
This is where I'm at today. Send out for title last week, so now the wait is on for the government!
Still a few details to do but I would call her substantially complete.

Reminds me of another mean looking machine ... the SR-71 Blackbird (or Habu if you spent any time on Okinawa before the Air Force retired them).

John, such incredible and outstanding concept in the direction you have gone with your build. I can only imagine people's reaction as it drives by, even in the day-time!
Driver - "Did you see that?"
Passenger: "See what?"
Driver:- "Oh never mind, it must of been my imagination!?"
And the name is so appropriate too! Beautiful idea brought to life. Awesome work!!!

Dj,
Thanks for the kind words, it’s a great feeling especially after such a long time. It’s a complete departure from the original in some ways, but in other ways its very true to it.
Originally the car was going to be white (old timers may remember that) but got stuck on this after my son showed me this Audi R8.

John-
As much as I like the Audi R8, I like your ride better!!
You dd a great job, and the paint looks terrific! Sinister is the way I would describe it, like the others have already pointed out.
Just a beautiful job, and I hope you enjoy the heck out of driving her; congratulations!!
Regards,
Steve
