    Headlight wiring connections

Requesting assistance with the following questions. As background, I received my 33' kit Feb 2020. I have the most current manual, both print and electronic. I'm doing mock-up fitment and wiring for my headlights/indicators. These are the FFR 33' HR provided LED headlights, and I have zero experience with LED headlight systems so if my questions seem well; dumb my apologies. I'm not considering running DRL unless someone talks me into it to avoid later issues. I'm testing operation of the headlights using a 9V batt without being connected to the FFR/Ron Francis harness as I do not have my headlight switch or 12V system completed. I'm not currently concerned about the indicator and/or parking light operation(s)...yet.
    1) The build manual "Headlight Connections" chart indicates the low beam "FFR red" wire connects to the "headlight plug pigtail" green wire. On the provided headlight plug pigtail in my kit there is no "green" wire, but a "white" wire is present, as well as the red and black wire. Is that new to the headlight system, and does the manual need to be updated or do I have the wrong pigtail or does it frankly matter what color it is as long as it works? (see below)
    2) When I test the above described white "headlight plug pigtail" which is supposed to be the "low beam" FFR connection to the FFR harness red wire, it illuminates both the top and bottom lights in the headlight assembly. When both LED's are lit is that low beam?
    3) When I conduct (pun intended) the same test with the the red "headlight plug pigtail" which is supposed to be the "high beam" FFR connection to the FFR harness brown wire it illuminates only the top half of the headlight. Is that high beam?

Thanks in advance for the assistance!

    Whit

unless something has changed the wiring for the led headlights should be:
    Black-ground
    white - hi beam
    yellow- lo beam
    red - dlr
    green - turn sig
this is the wires coming from the led headlight assy. , have no idea what color the harness wires are that connect to them

Just a heads up to all.....I doubt I'm that special enough to get a one-off wiring so it appears that they have changed colors again (see pic).

Here's what I found using a 9V Battery (this is the wires coming from the headlight housing)
    Black-ground
    white - hi beam
    Red - lo beam
    small red - DRL
    small yellow - turn sig

to wire the DRL, attach the small red wire from the headlight housing to a switched +12v source (on my front harness I took the "tan parking light" and ran it to the switched 12v source.

Then for signal lights simply attach the small yellow wire from the headlight housing to the "turn signal" wire from the front harness (on my front harness that is the blue on the right side; green on the left side)
