Missing drl resistor

Between taking too long to find time to work on the 818 and a move, I seem to have misplaced the drl resistor. I'm not done looking, but am starting to lose faith. It's this one of the things that can be safely deleted? Any point to keeping the drl controller after that? How will it impact the 818 lights?

Stupid follow up question...
In the manual, I only see the resistor listed on the "non hid" schematic. Is it used in the hid system?

Craig came through in the Fb group. Looks like that function is handled by a ballast in the HID (or something very close to this) and I never had one to begin with, lol. I bet I could finish this if I quit looking for things I never had.
