Looking for builder of my Mk IV, Steven Carr, Golden, Colorado???

I recently bought a Mk IV from a gentlemen in Florida, who purchased my MK IV from the 2019 Palm Springs Barrett-Jackson. He did not have any documentation other that the original title, from a gentlemen by the name of Steven Carr in Golden, Colorado.

I would like to talk to Mr. Carr about the car but don't have his contact information. If anyone knows him or can send this note to him I would appreciate it.
