CA Orange County: 2005 WRX Wagon - Minor Fire Damage

Sad day. Indirect fire damage.
Front Bumper, fog lights, headlights, side mirrors melted.
Hoping this might be a good base car for someone's project.

The bad:
Body has 251k miles.
Cylinder 3 has a time sert that comes out with spark plugs(thanks old engine builder).
Car ran fine. Still holds 14psi of boost just fine.
Windshield cracked.
Side mirrors melted.
Power Steering rack has minor leak. Have not added fluid for a couple of years.

Stage 2 with Cobb CAI(OEM box cracked, MAF was scaled).
I will be keeping the wheels and putting the stockers back on.
Turbo was replaced last year with a used unit in good condition.
No issues with drive transmission/drivetrain.
Block has about 75k miles, oem ej205 shortblock from Subaru Costa Mesa. Have receipt of when engine was replaced.

This has been my daily for almost 10 years. Lots of memories.
I'm not expecting much. Shoot me an offer. Trying NOT to send this thing to the junkyard. Car runs fine, no sensor issues. Engine bay is 100% undamaged. RomRaider datalog looked normal. Starts without issue.

Mostly full tank of gas!
