For sale - Canadian 818 Coupe - licensed - 90%complete
Sadly, I’ve accepted that getting my Ontario build into Italy, although possible, is well beyond my financial means, and still carrying a low success rate of ever being street-legal. As such, I’m selling my 818C.
818C Coupe (with Canadian completion kit) - licensed in Ontario
- FFR aluminum shifter upgrade
- Race splitter
- Side skirts
- Diffuser
- Street spoiler
- FFR wheel set
90% complete, running, registered.
Engine:
JDM EJ207 v9
New timing chain, water pump, thermostat
New radiator
New battery
Transmission:
5 speed, pull type
Cusco LSD
Greddy Stage 1 clutch and flywheel
Wiring harness and reflash by iWire
Interior:
New sport seats
EZPete’s Heating &AC setup (roughed in)
Dynomat
FFR steering wheel
Sparco seats
Other:
Brembo brakes
Bump steer kit (not installed yet)
Second exhaust (more subdued)
Race Logic Traction Control system (roughed in)
New walbro fuel pump (350 I think, would need to look through the receipts to confirm)
Wiper kit
I was able to complete about 75% of the build myself, however due to an extended period away I send to a certified builder to complete the build for export. Unfortunately, my export window was missed, and the work from the builder was substandard so I can no longer bring my car to Italy (without substantial import duties and red tape).
Although I used an Ontario donor, I ended up using new parts wherever possible, including almost all fasteners.
Also for sale is my full set of tools, including everything from hand tools to engine hoist, to an 80L compressor.
Like so many who have to sell their projects, this is breaking my heart. When putting this build together, I didn’t cut corners and this was going to be my “forever” hobby.

Good morning xOven!
Located in Cambridge, Ontario
I wasn’t happy with the fitting of the body panels, so I would remount them. While off, the “rear firewall” needs to be installed. The abs and traction control needs to be calibrated and tied into the sensors at the wheels. Heating /AC needs to to be tied to the engine cooling. Suspension and alignment need to be done (need to install bump steer kit first). Side view mirrors were installed on the a pillar, not on the door. They need to be installed on the correct location. Wayne’s coolant bleed valve mod wasn’t done… I would suggest it.
Other than that, the mechanic had a different opinion on the interior than me, making it more of a street car than a street legal track car. I imagine the next owner will want to personalize the interior set up.
Hope that helps!
