    Throwout bearing install

Update since my original post, kit arrived around middle of october, i am ready to install the motor transmission into my cobra. I have a 351c, and T5 transmission and a luk clutch kit. The clutch came with a throwout bearing, but i cannot for the life of me figure out how to use it on the fork i have. Is this just the wrong throwout bearing or am i being special? I attached a picture of what the throw out brearing and clutch fork look like.

The 2 spring clips on the TO bearing should slide up on the 2 steps inside the big hole on the fork.

That looks like the wrong bearing. It shouldn't have a square on it or springs

The bearing is installed with fork tang AND spring inside the "channel" of the bearing.

I ended up going to oreilleys and got a different clutch bearing that doesn’t have that flat plate on the back.
