Promises kept.
8 months ago I picked up my kit and as after getting it home and inventorying everything there were some missing in kit (MIK) items. Most were sorted out in the first few months, and delivered way ahead of when I would ever need them.
Yesterday Fedex dropped these off, they are all the nuts required for the exhaust clamps.
Given that they are low value, I had pretty much forgotten about them.
But Factory Five Racing didn't.

I had notified them back in April that those were MIK too and I also received them last Wednesday. I had forgotten about them too.
33 Hot Rod Stage 1, Gen.2 ordered 11/11/2021 started June 12, 2022, LS3 E-Rod crate engine, Tremec TKX, 8.8 WITH 3.55 Ratio and limited slip with 31 spline axles.17X8 and18x10 Race Star wheels wrapped in Conti Extreme contact DWS tires, Mustang Cobra brakes all around. Electric PS and AC. Hard top, electric windows and bike fenders. First Start 5/31/2023. Go-Kart 6/2/2023.

don't disagree here, but FFR did replace a leaky brake caliper and a broken headlight switch 2 yrs after delivery for me.
top notch customer service IMO.
