Are you asking where those wires go? Do you have the instructions that were in the harness box? The hazard wires go to the DPST 6-pin (on-on) switch. The turn signal wires go to the on-off-on switch, the headlight wire goes to the on-off toggle switch. If you have a GPS speed, run a red speedo-clock wire to the correct wire on the gauge. The dash feed goes to the main power wire for your gauges and to the voltage gauge. The left & right indicator wires go to whatever lights you use in the dash for your turn signals.

You said the "The turn signal wires go to the on-off-on switch" but my turn signals are in the steering column

I see you are building the 33, so whatever you are using from the column connector can be ignored in the loose wires. I had the opposite when building the roadster and didn't need the column connector.

Would be great if they had one SPECIFICLY for the Hot Rod that says "you don't use these wires" for wiring dummies like me

Cutting back and taping off all the wires mentioned in this post are covered in the wiring section of the Hot Rod Assembly manual. The Ron Francis manual is almost exclusively for the roadster.

Well dang, I missed it when scanning through.

Just so you guys know, I bought this kit partially assembled and have blown everything apart and basically started over redoing almost everything. The wiring was already done so i'm backtracking what has been done to make sure it was done right.

So did your car come with the iDidit steering column?
Don’t cut those wires too short until you have everything connected and tested, just in case.

I assume it's an IDIDT column. How would I know?
I didn't cut them, I capped them and leaving them as part of the harness

Does it look like this? They came unpainted and in chrome.

Follow the wiring directions in the Hot Rod assembly manual. There are a couple of cuts to be made for the lights so you don't backfeed them when using the Ididit column. These probably have already been done. Download what Papa suggested and use the diagrams as reference. They show Hot Rod and roadster wiring. The diagrams and gauge directions are useful in wiring the gauges.
