Best solution for this problem
Hello, the chassis harness manual says to drill a 1.25" hole for the main harness to pass through the firewall; last updated 2019. The Coyote Gen 3 fitment says a 1.5" hole; last updated 2023.
I drilled a 1.25" hole and there was no way the wires would pass through, especially at the Y junction. So I drilled a 1.5" hole, I barely got the wires through. Now I have this problem. What's the best remedy?
Sorry, not sure why the image is sideways. Thank you!

Not a waxer
The solution is to replace the grommet with one that has a larger O.D.

Thank you, Jeff. Right after I posted I figured "gee, get a new grommet".
Looks like this one will seal around the cables but it's only rated to 170F. Will that work?
Thank you.

Check out https://sealsit.com/product-category/grommet-seal/
They even offer some split types if needed.
