body on frame, is it right?

How do you know if the body is sitting on the frame correctly? I have to adjust the right rear shock up higher to get the same wheel well clearance as the driver side. Seems like either the body is twisted, the frame is twisted or the shock mounts are not the same side to side. So let's start with body, how do you know it's sitting on the frame correctly?

The body isn’t exactly the same side to side.
For starters the front cowl fits into the top of the firewall.
The door openings on the body rest on top of the frame, however some of us found the pass side needed to be raised 1/4”.
I used a strip of oak on top of the frame on the pass side to lift that side up.
    Do you have the manual?

I do have the manual. Someone else fit the body before I got it. My sides do not touch the frame. My dash to waterfall is about 45.25" instead of the 45.5". The body sits good and flush on the firewall but that doesn't mean the firewall was mounted correctly 20240125_203206.jpg20240403_100218.jpg20240403_100137.jpg
