    DMV Inspection

    As the title says I have my DMV Inspection at my house for next Mon. 5/06. Inspector said he would arrive between 9a and noon. I should be on the road very soon. Can't wait.

    I didn't know you could get the DMV to come to your house for an inspection. What state are you in?
    Mk IV, IRS, 302 w/EFI & T5, 15" wheels

    The DMV Inspector came today and verified the FFR serial# and asked me to start the eng. just to hear it (not required). He was very impressed and said I should be able to get my plates within a week.

    Congraulations - Sounds like the NCDMV inspection. Engine & Trans serial numbers & bill of sale to see that they are not stolen parts.

    I got my tags ordered today and DMV issued 30 day temp tags so finally legal. Got to go get gas looks like rain gotta be quick.
