    Manual steering rack bushings

    Hey folks

Was about to install the manual rack on my 289, but ran into a slight snag. The manual calls for the insertion of a (steel) sleeve into the 2-part bushing, however the rack set didn't come with any. The parts list for the rack parts (12619) only has the 4 bushings, 2 tie rods and the rack itself -- so are these sleeves hiding in another box somewhere or? If they are MIA, would it be worth grabbing a set of like high energy poly or something to that effect?

    Thanks!

I would go through your boxes and see if you can find them. If they are not on your inventory list though, no way they made it into your kit.

Found them - they were in Box 1 (listed as rack spacer, totally glanced over it). Crisis averted!
