How are you running the wires?

    Hello all!
I’m up to the wiring on my 33. Trying to figure out how to get the wires into the engine compartment. “ The book” says to use the grommets and punch holes in the firewall. I’d like to find a better way. Perhaps all through the trans tunnel?
Any advice and or pictures would be helpful.

I used the trans tunnel with a notch in it where it meets the firewall.
Make sure you seal everything up good as LOTS of heat will find its way into the cabin from the engine, including the gaps where the non-existence kick panels are where the body meets the frame and sides of the firewall.
