I received notice yesterday that my coupe kit would be complete July 6. For most being notified that your kit would be ready a month earlier than expected should be great news, but not in my case. I am building a garage expansion and, as a owner/builder, all the sub-contracting is taking longer than expected. Sally was gracious and helpful in understanding the situation and had Dave Viveiros shuffle my coupe completion to September. What a relief as the extra time will allow me to sort out getting the new home completed prior to kit delivery.
A big thumbs up to Factory Five and their fantastic customer service.
