    Transmission Cooler

I've been looking around at the various posts here on what has been used for a transmission cooler. Most guys have gone with a Derale powered one (DonImbimbo, Edwardb & Stillwater35). Has anyone been able to use a small plate and fin one somewhere in the front? I found a post where it looked like 'Just 1 More' was able to get it to fit on the 33 Coupe: https://thefactoryfiveforum.com/show...l=1#post539867

I'm running a very mild 302 with an AOD transmission but I don't have room in front of the radiator due to the AC condenser. The truck won't be towing anything, racing or any other heavy duty use.

Yes...kind of, I also have the A/C condenser. I bought an AOD from Monster Transmission it came with a cooler about 9x11 inches. I located the cooler to the horizontal frame supports just ahead of the fuel tank. It mounts easy with inexpensive angle...the kind with all the holes and slots pre-drilled. I bought a 9" electric fan and mounted to the front of the cooler. The entire unit sits just above the Panhard bar. I will get some pictures for you this weekend.
