New Build: Mustang Master Cylinder Fitting Sizes

I've started my second Roadster (retirement project) build and have a question regarding master cylinder-to-brake line adapters.

I've got the complete kit; however, instead of using the Wilwood pedals I'm using an SN95 Mustang pedal box. (Vacuum assist power brakes.)

I've got the master cylinder temporarily mounted (it's a 1994-1995 Mustang master cylinder) and I need to adapt from the outlet ports on the MC to 3/16" brake line fittings. The port sizes on the MC are metric; M10 x 1.0 and M12 x 1.0.

Does anybody know where I can get the necessary adapters?
