Rear Caliper Bracket issue

Gents, first dumb question. I received one of these rear brake caliper brackets for my FFR IRS rear end with the 11.65 inch Mustang brakes. It looks like nothing in any of the pictures, the hardware they sent with it makes no sense and once it is on, the brake calipers are not even close to being where they should be. Did they send me the wrong part? Or am I doing something dumb?

Thanks, I was looking at the plain "IRS Brakes" install sheet and not the correct one- the "2015 IRS Brakes" sheet...oops.
