Trying to run my steel brake lines and directions are not crystal clear just basically says run the lines. Does anyone have a diagram on how the should be run?

I am at the same point. I was just assuming I choose how I wanted to run them and did it. Same with the fuel line.

Correct. CABulldog...run them where it works best for your build. Many run the rear main line down the inside of the driver's footbox, then outside the driver's side 4" main frame tube, then up into the area below the upper trunk, to a T, then a hard line to each rear corner. For the front, many run the main line down the 3/4" tube in front of the driver's side footbox, to a point just inside the driver's side F-panel, then T it there, then run a hard line across the round x-member on the front of the frame, to the passenger side, behind that F-panel. I think the rule of thumb is that as long as you keep the line away from heat (headers), moving parts (driveshaft, steering, shaft, etc), and protected from road debris as much as possible, you're good.
