    Selling my MK-4 Roadster

Old age is catching up with me, and it's time to sell my roadster. It has 2,800 miles on it and is titled here in Michigan as a 2015 Assembled vehicle.

Rebuilt 306 with GT40 heads and B cam. 5 speed trans with 3 link 8.8" posi rear end with 3.73 gears.

Pretty basic with no power steering, radio, or heater. There are power brakes.

As we've seen, prices are all over. I'm looking for $36,000.

The car runs and drives great. The only issues are the clock and gas gauge.

    FFR #7430 - MK4 Roadster - 302 w/ T5 Five speed - 17" FFR wheels.

Good looking car! What color is it? It looks a lot like my old MkIII I built...Ford E4 "Vermillion Red" with no stripes. Good luck with your sale. That's a smokin' deal for someone!

Thanks Greg. This one is BMW's Imola red.

You're right, these cars could be twins!

Some parts go along with it, including extra steering wheels (wood and leather) and a pair of new FFR leather seats I never got around to installing.

    SOLD - SOLD - SOLD

Well, that didn't take long. I also put the ad on Facebook. Two days later it has a new home. What surprised me is the number of replies I got for this time of year. Was it that cheap?

I guess if they're priced right, these FFR cars are still a pretty hot commodity.

If you are happy with the price that you got, then the price was perfect.
