    ECU mounting location on HRT

For my build, I'm running electronic power steering, AC and controlling the motor with a Terminator X Max ECU. Space is tight on the firewall, so I'm wondering if anyone else is running this setup and has a recommendation on the location of the ECU and power steering control module.

    Terminator X Max ECU
I currently have the ECU mounted to the firewall just to the left of the AC motor and I see some potential issues. For instance, the indicator lights on the ECU are facing upward and be impossible to read once the dash is in place. There is very little clearance to the AC/heater vent hoses exiting the back of the motor, but I'm thinking that this location may also interfere with the plenum heading up to the defroster vents on the dash.

Electric Power Steering Controller - I don't have room to mount the controller in the recommended location in the assemble manual. I'm running an automatic transmission, so I've found space on the underside of the pedal box where the clutch pedal would normally be. It fits perfectly, but I'm wondering if I'm not considering future clearance issue once the dash is on (e.g., headlight switch).

Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Chuck

My power steering controller is on the top of the left side of the pedal box. I used a 1 1/2 aluminum angle to mount it vertically. (connections on the top) As for the headlight switch, mine will be above the pedal box platform
