2015 IRS parking brake - bolt in the way

    All,
Already cut off the ear so can not go back to the original brakes.....
Got to running the parking brake & found that the bolt for the caliper / spacer is smack in the way - pictures attached. Ive put a hex nut in as well, same issue.
Its tight running the cable past the CV boot, but seen others have resolved it but I'm one step back.
I've double checked the instruction from the 11.65" 2015 IRS and have the brakes at the 2 O clock position, not 12 (believe that's another adaption they have.)
There is no way the cable will go in, if I take the nut out, run the cable, nut wont sit without destroying the brake cable housing.
    Thoughts ?
    Thanks

I countersink that hole with a large countersink tool and use a flat head bolt.

Many thanks, appreciate it. Just want to make sure it wasn't me.
