Mk2 Roadster for sale

Guys - due to unforeseen circumstances it looks like I may not be able to drive my car as much as planned.
I took quite a while to find the right car to buy, as I didn't want to build a car, and this car is in excellent condition.
I have only owned the car since the summer, but I am not sure if I will be able to continue to drive the car, so I am testing the waters to see if anyone is interested in purchasing it.
I have included a copy of the details - not much has changed besides the Kirkey high back racing seat and passenger seat have been replaced with new FF roadster seats. The original seats will go with the car also.
Let me know if you have any questions. Looking to see if I can get $46,000. It may sound a lot, but when you look at the spec details and the conditions, she is a beauty.
