Looking for 35 FFR truck to see in person - in Boise area

Hello I am new the forum. I am very interested in the FFR 35 truck to either build or buy. Been doing a lot of research and getting more and more serious about pulling the trigger. Before I do though I'd really like to see one of the FFR 35 trucks in person to learn more about it and most importantly see if I fit. I am not a giant person (6', 200lbs) but I was wounded in the Marine Corps and my right leg is partially paralyzed, so how I fit in a car effects how I can operate the pedals.

I am in the Boise, Idaho area but certainly willing to travel to see a 35 FFR truck in person (especially a newer extended cab). Is there anyone within 500 miles of Boise, or in the pacific northwest that would be willing to show me their 35 FFR truck, and (I know it sounds strange) let me sit in their truck to see what the space/fit is like for me?

You would be during me a huge favor. I am really excited about owning one of these trucks, but I don't want to get my hopes up if it wouldn't work for me physically. Thanks in advance!

It's the easiest to get in and out of, but the one with the least amount of room for the driver. I'm a little guy, 5'6" and I felt like grape ape in the truck.

Thanks for the reply. I expect the truck will be a tight fit. Hoping to see one in person though to see if I would be able to operate the pedals with my wounded leg. Does anyone who owns a FFR 35 truck in the western US want to show me their truck? I'll bring the beer....

I'm in Nampa right now visiting family. Normally in SE Michigan. Small world. You won't have any trouble getting into the newer version. It's among the largest (if not the largest outright) of the Factory Five models. I'd hold out for only that model. Don't settle for the original model. You'll be disappointed. Also, the seats used makes a big difference. I built one of the originals size versions and put somewhat large seats in it. I'm 5'9" and average weight. It was tight. Not unworkable but less than desired. If you do see one in person, take note of the seats used.

I ended up selling my build and now it's at a classic car dealer in SE Michigan. Nothing like seeing one in person, and is highly promotional and contains a few factual errors, but this video they made of the one I built gives a pretty thorough look at the whole thing. https://youtu.be/TYH1fvXE4RI

Josh, I am in Northern Arizona, not exactly close, but your story is my story. I am 6'1" 210. I am an Army vet of 27 years. My left foot barely works, so no clutch for me. I am currently building the Gen 2 extended cab. I fit inside with no problem. I wanted a high back seat or one with a head rest. I actually tried 3 before I found the one I have now. Don't be fooled, the cab is narrow. 19 inches wide is about all that will fit.

In this video I am sitting on a wooden box, the seats are about 2 inches shorter. Still very easy to get in and out of.
