    Coupe Firewall question

    Hey-o,

I see on some builds, an aluminum firewall piece shown below in the photo.
I can't find this piece and it is not mentioned in the Build Guide
Is it custom? Is it a good idea?

X2. Custom piece. Necessary? Probably not. But does clean up the engine bay a little. This was early in my Coupe build and can see how it closes off the area behind the Coyote.

once the body is on you really don't see that area. I also wonder if it will keep more heat in the engine bay? Some people cover the top frame rails around the engine and that looks great.

That's something I hadn't thought of. I was thinking maybe it would be cooler for the driver with it, but maybe you are right, it will disperse more heat under the car.
