If you only used one indicator on the dash, you need to put a diode in otherwise this will happen.

    thanks Henry
i should have mentioned that i don't have the dash in the car yet and i meant turn signals both flash, not the actual headlights...

The 35 pickup and the 33HR are very similar, identical when it comes to electrical... The wiring harness is "universal" to FFR kits and different things need to be done to get it to work in the different models. Make sure you following instructions in the separate wiring manual as well and the '35 manual. For the 35 and 33, there are a few wires to cut and, if I'm remembering correctly, you actually need the dash harness plugged in for everything to work properly....

I think there was another mod around the steering column wiring as well... Steve

I did the truck build with the RF harness, Ididit column, Hot Rod connector, LED lights, etc. If you have the wires in the dash harness accounted for per the build manual, it should work. There were no other mods and as I recall doesn't require the dash harness to be installed. Did you install indicator lights for the turn signals? They need to be properly separated as Henry noted. Make sure you have the wires to the LED's correct. There's a separate color to each corner. Assuming everything else is right, the GM turn signal switch in the Ididit column is another place to check. Mine was intermittent and I had to replace.
