Numbered 4 and 8. I took them off a really long time ago and the drawing they give is garbage.
Thanks in advance.

I took a bunch of photos of the sheetmetal as it came from FFR before I disassembled everything. This is how those pieces were put together from the factory.
MkIV Roadster build: Gen 2 Coyote, IRS, TKO600. Ordered 10/24/18. Delivered 1/29/19. Engine installed 8/8/21. First start 9/12/21. First go-kart 9/17/21. Off to paint 4/11/22. Back from paint 12/30/22. Build thread here.
Thanks for this. From the looks of your picture those two pieces slide thru the slot in #3, rather than mount them to the outside surface of #3.
I need to go buy rivets, I'll fiddle with it when I get back. Fortunately the only holes drilled so far were the screw holes from FFR (and one from me).

Inside or outside. If you mount them outside you'll gain .080" more foot room

I've got around a 50/50 chance of success when I blaze my own trail trying to interpret something from the manual so I figured I should just ask first. I'm tired of drilling out rivets because I interpreted something wrong. Y'all are a great resource, and I can wait a day to finish something if I only have to do it once.
