    Koni IRS Touring Shocks Concern

Doing inventory on a new kit and box with shocks contained a pair that looked new and were in their original packing, and a second set that appeared to have some discoloration and smudging on the bump stop, sort of like they've been installed on something already. They also appear to have a 2022 date stamp. Sent a note and photos to FFR techs but haven't heard back yet (just sent it this morning). Thought I'd also post here to see if others have had experience with anything like this. See photos below.

I'm planning to check the rebound adjustments to ensure all are set identical.

All four shocks are the same model number and length so I'm assuming with IRS there aren't unique pairs for front and rear. Please let me now if that's not correct. Thanks!

Followup - FFR has confirmed that they are new, just older stock. They offered to replace them if I wanted to. Decided to stick with them. They confirmed all 4 are the same for IRS and there is no rebound adjustment on these.
