Clutch switch set up
Hello!
While not realizing that I was going to be using an hydraulic clutch initially, I corrected my path as I went along.
Now, while installing my clutch switch, I see in the illustration (below) a different set-up using the brackets (shown below), that I didn't even realize that I had.
I can find no instructions for the brackets, or any apparent reason for using them.
Can I now just put the switch on the existing framework, as indicated in the third photo? Is there a downside to this?
What am I missing here?
Chris

Maybe this. Coyote instructions page 80. Not sure if it’s what you’re thinking.

Yes, this is the confusing page.
There are no build instructions that include the metal plates visible in that illustration.
I have moved on with the manual assembly and I'm wondering if I can just continue by mounting the switch on the existing 90 degree plate?
I can't see a structural reason not to, unless I am missing something.

Is this specific to the Coyote engine?

I believe it is.
The two little metal pieces mentioned were included with my kit. In which box I do not recall.
