For the first time ever I am feeling cramped in my shop/garage since receiving my coupe and it's 46 boxes. It's 1800 square feet with about half dedicated to gear head stuff and half to woodworking. I remember when mine was empty like yours and I thought "man, I am never going to run out of room" . Yours looks great and enjoy it while it is still roomy!

On a side note, really looking forward to getting some feedback on your Mr. Cool installation. I have been kicking around the idea of installing a two head unit in my shop(s) but our weather is pretty mild in Oregon so just haven't pulled the trigger yet.

You know, when I read these kinds of posts it makes it really hard to walk out to my 480 sq. ft. garage and smile. (obligatory smiley)

Although I am sort of proud I manage to get a 4 post lift, 60 gallon upright compressor, metal lathe, 4 axis CNC mill, 8" bench grinder, computer, laser engraver, 3D printer, drill press, hydraulic press, bench sander, a very large tool box, powder coat booth, a number of storage shelves and a Type 65 kit with all the boxes crammed into that space. I still have a walking path through the space as well.

I think my entire garage could fit comfortably into any corner of your space. I would not know what to do with that much space,....Oh heck, who am I kidding. You can never have enough tools!

    Congratulations! Great looking shop!
    My Type 65 Coupe: Ordered May 27, 2021. Arrived November 19, 2021.
I would like to treat my gas pedal as a binary operator. It would be nice to get the cooperation of everyone in front of me.

Shop looks just about the right size, room for more cars.
Nice to see you have a 2 ton split air system. Get it installed soon so you can enjoy the heat it can put out.

That looks awesome! Congratulations! I’m in the process of building a new garage too. Although it won’t be as big as yours it will be a big improvement. Looking forward to the day it looks as good as yours

You're going to love that mini split. That's the same one I put in my shop...36K BTU. The DIY pre-charged lines are a nice feature.

Thanks, Greg. I actually ordered a separate 16' pre-charged line since I really didn't want the big coil of line stuffed behind the outside unit.

WOW -- how to make me cry. I once had a garage like that, 40x60 with 12' clear and 2 floor lifts. What a mistake selling that place. Now I have an oversize 3 bay garage which is nice but never big enough. I'm going to go and sulk now.
