I was a tad over 2600 lbs and before the upgrade I was 2550 lbs, I thought I would weigh less with the aluminum heads. I also did not gain the 50 lbs, and I had less fuel (12 gal vs 22 gal)

Interesting, as I would've expected the overall weight to be lower as well.....I'm presuming it wasn't raining or no mud around, as our cars always weighed in heavy after running in the soaking rain.

Something happened. You should definitely be lighter.

Very strange. Possibly the scale was wrong on one of the weighs. Aluminum heads should be quite a bit lighter. Got a body in the trunk? LOL
Well, 1gal of gas weighs 6.5lb,
22gal in cell = 143lb
12gal in cell = 78lb
subtract the 2 and you get around 65lb difference.. close to your 50lb discrepancy

When I switched out the engine parts I weighed them all to compare, between heads and intake the new stuff was 48 pounds lighter. Also we don't run the EGR spacer anymore so there is another couple pounds there.
I didn't get a chance to compare the brakes, and the rotors are quite a bit heavier, but the calipers make up for some of that and the swaybar isn't to much of an addition. Overall my car was significantly lighter overall after the conversion, I would estimate 35-40 pounds.

yes, I am thinking it's a scale issue too

I didn't see that much of a weight loss. I'm thinking around 30 pounds less. That and I keep getting fatter...
