Will a 4.5" backspace wheel work on the front or back of a 33 without fenders?

Has anyone run a 4.5 backspace on their 33? Or a 5"? Front and back. I am trying to get some wheels. Thanks.

The rears will depend on what year/make/model axle you're running.
