Here's a couple of posts that discuss wiring the Holly Sniper EFI, and having the EFI ECU control the fuel pump and cooling fan. This was on a Blueprint 302.

Don't over think this and you'll be fine. If you don't have the setup instructions, here is a link to a PDF file: https://documents.holley.com/199r11031r.pdf
First step, as noted above, what type of ignition system are you using? My install was for a standard HEI with coil on a BluePrint 347. Here is what I did:
From the main (7-pin) harness:
- Connect the red wire to your battery + terminal
- Connect the black wire to your battery - terminal
*** Don't cheat on these. Connect them directly to the battery!! ***
- Connect the blue wire to your fuel pump + wire
… I did this at the point in the RF harness where the rear harness mates to the dash harness. I pulled the tan fuel pump wire from the rear harness weather pack connector and then connected it to the blue EFI fuel pump control wire. If you want to retain the use of the Inertia Switch, you can simply wire in-line with the fuel pump connection I just described. Be sure to complete the ground connection that the Inertia Switch used to complete.
- Connect the yellow wire to the coil (-) post
- Connect the pink wire to any 10+ amp switched +12V source that has power when the key is in the on AND crank positions.
From the 10-pin connector:
- Connect the light blue wire to one of the two RF harness fan ground (green) wires. I used the one located at the top of the engine.
- I de-pinned the rest of the 10-pin harness as I only used the one wire for the fan control.
Connect the CTS plug to the provided and installed Coolant Temperature Sensor
Connect the O2 sensor
Connect the programming screen
That's it for standard HEI ignition. Just three connections to the RF harness. If you are using a CDI or other ignition, the setup is specific and I have no experience with them.
After running the Sniper's setup wizard, my car fired right up on the first try. I followed the instructions for setting the idle and all has been good since.

One other thing: If you want the Holley system to control the timing, you have to set the computer up to do so (in addition to the physical connections, of course). If you don't, the computer won't tell the coil to fire and the car won't start. Took me a few days to figure that one out, 'cuz I'm a noob.

True if you have a distributor that supports direct timing control by the ECU. That's why you need to know what ignition system you are using before you start. As you go through the wizard just before starting the car, you will be prompted for the parameters needed, as well as idle speed. One issue I had was I tried to set my idle too low initially and later bumped it up to 850 rpm, which my motor seems to like with the EFI.

Hyperspark is a Holley CD ignition box, distributor, and coil that all works with the Sniper EFI. It takes advantage of the Sniper's ability to control timing, etc. Ends up being almost plug and play.
The reason for asking is to understand what features you want to use out of the Sniper as there can be a lot of interaction with the ignition system which affects the wiring that you were asking about.
Anyway, you have a lot of quality answers above...
Cheers
Steve
