    Front brake line tabs

I riveted the mounting tab for the front brake line on the outside of the frame as shown in the manual. Later, I discovered that there is an aluminum panel on the inside that meant I had to cut a hole for the brake line and then it was tough to get a wrench on the brake line fittings. I then re-mounted the brake line tabs on the inside of the frame flush with the panel. Of course, check that your flexible brake line is not stretched at full turn.

Thanks for the heads up. I have two issues here myself. The tabs are too thin for my aftermarket lines and I mounted one a little too high and the spring clip can't fully seat itself.

My clips were loose with the OE lines so I added a washer, as in the photo.
