Video of my 818 smoking the tires

My brake bias is way towards the rear right now so it's difficult to stop the car and get a good burnout going.

The car has no problem lighting off both of the 255 width 280 tread wear tires that I stole from my Saabaru. I still get wheelspin on dry pavement when I floor it in 2nd. I can't wait to have more power.

Awesome. Thanks for sharing. I hope some more people can get some videos up. Any chance you could do a dash video showing a 0-60?

Nice video. The fit looks great on those wheels. What is the size/offset? Also, do you have any spacers?

Thanks for the compliments. The car is so much fun to drive.

The rear fitment is a little wacky at the moment. The wheels are 17x9 et42 and I think they would clear all of the suspension components, but currently I have 1.25" spacers installed and the tires stick out 3/4" from the fender. I plan to test fit them without spacers at some point. I'm running -1.5 degrees of camber, so there is some room for additional tuck if you ran more aggressive rear camber.

The regular wheels I'm using are stock '06 WRX powder coated black, 17x7 +55. They were way too deep in the rear fenders and looked silly so I added the spacers.

    Thanks! It's a TD04 with stock headers.

For $80 you can't beat the sound coming out of that exhaust.

Glad to see I found more videos that I hadn't seen yet.

Awesome! Or just tape your phone to dash in front of speedometer. Nobody has any actual 0-60times. It would just be cool to see how fast an 818 is.

Looks great. Just subscribed to your YouTube channel so I don't miss more of your videos. Would love to see some true tests like 0-60, 0-100-0, straight line braking tests, and even some donuts.

The resonator or whatever you have on the exhaust really sounds bada$$. You should get attention when you drop the throttle!

    Good luck,
