Is this what I need for my crankcase ventilation?

I have old style "Cobra" ribbed cast aluminum valve covers that take twist-in breathers.

I think this connects to the air cleaner

...and these guys go in the other valve cover and connect to the big fitting on the carb base.

I usually do it with two breather caps but I'm looking for an "as delivered" appearance. Am I on the right track?

Yep. PCV valve to the carb base and breather to the filtered side of the air cleaner base.
