    Ecoboost Mustang "Donor"

Hello everyone, I'm new and I'm interested in building my 818 with the ecoboost 2.5L turbo engine and transmission. FF posted a video where they did that but they didn't say what stuff they had to mess with to get it all to work so I was just hoping somebody could give me some idea of what I'd be looking at.
    Thank you

The transmission was a Subaru unit, not the mustang trans. You will also need an adapter plate, probably Kennedy Engineering will have it.

The way did it, it would only fit in an 818C as the motor sits up too high for the 818S or 818R. They ground down some of the front brackets to clear the firewall. They pushed the 6 speed trans farther back so it sticks out the back of the car a small amount. It's a really tight fit.

There would be usual custom motor mounts, exhaust, intake piping, intercooler and such. Nothing in the build manual would apply. I considered this engine as well so I can provide some information if you decide to go forward with it.
