    Title on the way!

On December 3, I filed paperwork with Virginia DMV in to get my roadster title and registration. Last Friday, Virginia State Police came to see my build. He was most interested in verifying the vin number on the chassis and paperwork. He did a walk around and said he had reviewed all of the paperwork I had submitted. After about 10 minutes, he said he would send the approval to DMV and should receive the title in a week or so. Title will use the FF vin number.

So graduation is close! Will update on the next step.

Congrats on your new baby. There is always a pucker factor when having your car inspected. You never know if they are going to nitpick or be cool. I live in Md. and made sure I had all the safety stuff done and working. The cop never looked at any of it. Just wanted to see car serial# and engine serial#. Literally 45 minutes and I was out of there with tags in hand. Interesting accent wood, is that zebra wood?

Yes. The dash and trans tunnel top is made of carbon fiber with zebrawood veneer “pods”. I also turned the shift knob and sliding door knobs out of zebrawood. And I sent Herb some veneer to put in the door cards as well.

Hope to be on the road soon!
