    What is the procedure in Pa to have the car inspected and registered.

    I'd go to the SEMA website and look under the "Government Affairs" drop-down menu. I haven't reviewed it in chapter and verse, but I understand that all 50 states' laws are summarized there. PA's laws re: kit cars are in Title 75 of the PA Consolidated Statutes. But for starters, I'd Google "Pennsylvania Specially Constructed Vehicles," which will bring up some PennDOT summaries and links to the applicable laws. Happy reading, and welcome!
